Hackensack Workshop a success!

The Hackensack Sign Magic Workshop is now history. It was a great workshop!  This time around EJ Nordurft from EnRoute did a wonderful job in presenting the technical side of the program. Kellie Miller from Coastal Enterprises helped us out by showing us the various ways we could use Precision Board and the companion products. And the folks from MultiCam East were wonderful hosts for the workshop. Altogether it made my job real easy and I could concentrate on the creative aspects of how we design and craft our signs and projects.

For three days we shared ideas, learned new techniques and put our hands to making signs in whole new ways. It was worthwhile and FUN!

I want to express a HUGE THANK YOU to all who participated and supported us in this opportunity.

Ready for workshop in Hackensack, New Jersey

We spent the day making sure everything is ready for the Sign Magic Workshop that begins tomorrow morning - bright and early. The tables are set up, samples ready, video equipment all tested and ready. I think we are almost there.

EJ from EnRoute is here and ready to go. I hear Kellie Miller from Precision Board has arrived as well. This is going to be a fun time!

It is not often that opportunity knocks twice. Hurricane Sandy forced the postponement of the previously scheduled Sign Magic Workshop in Hackensack, New Jersey. It has now been rescheduled for mid - January. I hear there are some seats left. Don' t let opportunity pass by twice!

New Jersey Sign Magic Workshop less than a month away!

I've heard there are still some seats available in New Jersey. I've made my plane and travel arrangements. With the Sign Magic Workshop in New Jersey now less than a month away I'm starting to get very excited. It should be a fun and informative time. We'll be working on all kinds of 3D routing techniques and also talking about marketing, designing, and a whole lot more. We'll also be doing plenty of hands-on work, learning how we do our painting and glazing in our shop. A little sculpting is also on the menu and it is my bet that each participant will go away knowing they can do a whole lot more than they thought they could going in.

We get lots of enquiries regarding workshops away from our studio - especially from the folks on the eastern seaboard. They would rather I travel to them than they come all the way out west.
